Try this light, delicious pavlova recipe for a new dessert to add to your rotation. It's easy to make, and you can top it with any fruit you have on hand! Full recipe below. To get notified about new video uploads, subscribe to Well+Good's channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/Wellandgood Pavlova Ingredients: 4 room temperature egg whites Pinch of sea salt ½ cup raw cane sugar 1.5 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp white vinegar ¼ tsp vanilla extract Coconut whipped cream Fresh fruit Directions: Preheat oven to 250 degrees Using an 8-ish round baking dish, draw a circle on a piece of parchment paper. Turn upside down on a baking sheet, so you can see the outline of the circle, but it won’t get on your pavlova! Beat eggs and salt in a stand mixer until satiny peaks form. Slowly add in coconut sugar, continuing to beat the mixture. Next add cornstarch, white vinegar and vanilla extra. Slowly mix until fully combined. Scrape meringue onto the baking sheet and spread evenly inside the marked circle. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside. Make count whipped cream (ZIP THROUGH THIS - COCONUT CREAM WAS WEIRD) Prepare fruit topping (b-roll / no sound) Top with coconut whipped cream and fresh fruit, and serve.
