🍁 20 g. protein, autumn vibes, and the perfect fall treat, especially if it’s still hot where you are!
- 2/3 c. cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. pumpkin puree
- 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 T. pure maple syrup
- 1 T. almond or peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Blend it all together and sip happy! (If you’d like it a little thicker or chillier, you can blend in a few ice cubes).
