(Free assessment at 16personalities.com) 2. Study the most common dysfunctions of personalities (narcissism, megalomania, compulsive liar, etc) 3. Learn the trip wires or triggers of dysfunctional people in order to be able to identify them as they appear. 4. Control how you act and react only. 5.
