These are some of the Ahadiths that prove Sura Al Ikhlas from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). And it is mentioned in this verse that the Surah is equal to the third part of the Qur'an. قُرآن کے تیسرے حصہ کے برابرسورۃ اِخلاص کی فضیلت احادیث نبویؐ میں۔ چھوٹی سی سورت اور اتنی بڑی فضیلت، سُبحان اللہ Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: A man heard another man reciting: Surat-ul-Ikhlas (The Unity) 'Say: He is Allah, the One (112) and he was repeating it. The next morning he came to Allah's Apostle and mentioned the whole story to him as if he regarded the recitation of that Sura as insufficient On that, Allah's Apostle said, By Him in Whose Hand my soul is! That (Sura No. 112) equals one-third of the Qur'an. Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 6643 عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ایک صحابی نے سنا کہ ایک دوسرے صحابی سورۃ قل ھو اللہ باربار پڑھتے ہیں جب صبح ہوئی تو وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا ذکر کیا، وہ صحابی اس سورت کو کم سمجھتے تھے لیکن نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے یہ قرآن مجید کے ایک تہائی حصہ کے برابر ہے ki ke k si ki itni bari fazilat Surto ki fazilat Chota sa kaam Itni bada Abu Darda' reported Allah's Apostle (Peace be upon him) as saying: Is any one of you incapable of reciting a third of the Qur'an in a night? They (the Companions) asked: How could one recite a third of the Qur'an (in a night)? Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) said:" He is Allah, One" (Qur'An. cxii.) is equivalent to a third of the Qur'an. Web references: Sahih Muslim Book 4 Hadees 1769 ابودرداء رضي اللہ تعالی عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : ( کیا تم میں سے کوئ ایک رات میں قرآن کا تیسرا حصہ پڑھنے سے عاجز ہے ؟ تو صحابہ کرام کہنے لگے قرآن کا تیسرا حصہ کس طرح پڑھا جاۓ ، تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا قل ھواللہ احد قرآن کےتیسرے حصہ کے برابر ہے ) صحیح مسلم ( 811 ) ۔ It is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said: Get together. for I am going to recite one-third of the Qur'an before you. And those who could get together gathered there. Then the Apostle of Allah (Peace be upon him) came out and recited:" Say: He, Allah, is One." He then entered (his house). Some of us said to the others: Perhaps there has been some news from the heaven on account of which he has gone Inside (the house). The Apostle of Allah (Peace be upon him) again came out and said: I told you that I was going to recite one-third of the Qur'in; keep in mind, this (Surah Ikhlas) is equivalent to one-third of the Qur'an.
