Where's My Map's video: Walk with me in Beautiful STRANDS BEACH in DANA POINT CALIFORNIA 4k Beach Walk

Take a walk with me around the beautiful Strand Vista Park and Strands Beach in Dana Point, California. I found this to be an awesome location to visit, and plan to return many times. The peaceful park on top of the bluffs offers outstanding views of the coastline and the $30M homes that overlook the beach. There are three main access points connecting the park with the beach with well maintained stairways - you can see how some of the wealthiest people in Southern California live as you walk down to the beach. The beach was uncrowded (on a hot weekday) and was very clean, equipped with bathrooms and showers, and staffed by lifeguards. Ample parking is available in the park's large parking lot or on the adjacent streets, so this is a low-effort visit for anyone in this area. The beach is popular with surfers and the water is great for swimming and very clean. Some great rocks for you collectors. There did not appear to be any food vendors in the immediate area, so pack a lunch and enjoy the sound of the roaring surf and outstanding views of the blue Pacific.
