Naples is a charming place to walk along the boat docks and waterfront homes, without the crowds and bustle that you might find in Balboa or Newport Beach. Parsons as an Italian style resort village, which would be connected to Los Angeles by the red car trolley line. At that time, this whole area consisted of agricultural fields and oil wells.
