TEMPLE OF INANNA's video: Inanna In Wonderland: Descent Down the Rabbit Hole

This is the (unofficial) music video for “Deep Calls To Deep”, the modern ritual song (chant) to Inanna by Anne Hill & Mary Ellen Donald. Lewis Carroll's 𝘈𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘦'𝘴 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘞𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 is a powerful metaphor for Inanna's descent to the Underworld. The young Inanna was the equivalent of the age of Alice when She passed through the Seven Gates of the underworld (hollow earth) to rescue the soul of Her deceased husband, Dumuzi, himself a mere youth when he was tragically assassinated. The surreality that Alice encounters underground in Carroll's books is symbolic of the bizarre charm of the civilization and ecosystem of one section of Hollow Earth, but also represents the transformation in Inanna's perspective offered by Her enlightenment upon Her resurrection from the dead (after having been killed in the Underworld after having passed through the gates) in the Hades area of the Underworld.
