6 EXERCISE PUSH WORKOUT: Complete 6 Rounds, performing each exercise for 45 seconds each before moving on to the next exercise. Rest 2 minutes between rounds. *Perform each arm for 45 seconds on the Side Lying Tricep Extension before moving on to the next exercise. EXERCISES & PERFORMANCE TIPS: 1. Tiger Push-up: 1. Whether utilizing the full plank position or modified on your knees, be sure to use an engaged core, with tight abs, hips slightly elevated, and glutes squeezed. 2. Breath out on the way up. 3. This can be an especially challenging exercise in both the full plank position and modified with the knees on the floor. 2. Reverse Iron Cross: 1. Drive thru your closed fists until you have pressed yourself as high as possible. 2. Avoid using your abs/core to sit you up. 3. Side Lying Tricep Extension: 1. Attempt to press thru the biggest range of motion possible. 2. Aim to lock the elbow out at the top of the movement. 4. Wall Press: 1. Squeeze back hard, keeping your arms, from the elbows to the finger tips, in contact with the wall as you SLOWLY worth thru the full range of motion. 2. Keep your hips against the wall. 5. Chair Pike Press: 1. Position your hands as close to under your hips as your flexibility will allow. 2. Aim to bring your head down between your hands. 6. YTL Raise: 1. Squeeze back hard as you come to the top of the movement. 2. Rotate thru 5 reps of in each position. Thanks for watching!
