The Butterfly Glute Bridge provides a safe and effective way to build the glutes and smaller muscles of the hips and pelvis, including the adductors. Performance Tips: 1. Pull your feet as close as possible into your butt. 2. Squeeze the bottoms of your heels together to create isometric tension. 3. Drive the side of your heels thru the floor as you extend your hips. 4. Focus on a big squeeze at the top of the movement. 5. Add weight across hips as needed. We often perform the Butterfly Glute Bridge during Interval Strength Training in multiple sets of 45-60 seconds per set. Thanks for watching!
