After over 10 years of battling with knee pain my knee and after the doctor said I may never walk again without pain im now back running, jumping, equating and riding Bmx! In this video we go over why we are having knee pain, what we can do to overcome our knee pain, and how can we implement these exercises into our routine for success. 1) Why - After tearing my mcl, pcl, meniscus, and my Acl twice, another micro fracture surgery, multiple cortisone shots, and even stem cells my knee felt like it was only getting worse. This is when I began to understand how my alignment throughout my whole postural chain and poor movement as well as tight hips and weak feet were all huge factors to my knee pain. 2) What - This is when I began strengthening my glutes with glute pops, glute bridges, and clap shells. I strengthened my feet with balancing exercises and toe curls. I then began realigning my body with squat sits, pelvic tilts and spending more time on the ground or floor living. 3) How - the way we can implement these into our routines is with a good morning routine to wake up and activate our muscles that have hard time turning on and using our night time routine to help release the days tension and relaxing the tight muscles. Other things that helped tremendously are yoga, improving nutrition, being barefoot, the Wim Hof Method, cold therapy, and also we go over things of how we can improve our mindset.
