Strength and Conditioning is obviously a major part in a holistic approach to developing basketball players. But how do you create a thorough warm up in order to make sure that we you do hit the weights you are physically and neurally activated. This is where complex and combinations come in. They are great way to 1.) Increase core temperature 2.) Further activate the Central Nervous System 3.) Rehearse heavier movements that will show up later in the workout 4.) Its also a great way to get a quick workout in if you are pressed for time.
