@Le CPS sous la Présidence du Burundi (août 2023) n’a pas ENDOSSÉ l’utilisation de la force au Niger.

Contrairement à ce qu’annonce Dr. Ruffin Viclère Mabiala sur sa chaîne Youtube, le Président du Burundi n’a jamais ENDOSSÉ l’utilisation de la force au Niger. Il faut bien lire le Paragraphe 4 du Communiqué 1168 sorti du 14 août 2023: “PREND NOTE de la décision de la CEDEAO de déployer une Force en attente et demande à la Commission de l'UA d'entreprendre une évaluation des implications économiques, sociales et sécuritaires du déploiement d'une Force en attente au Niger et d'en faire rapport au Conseil.” Lien incriminé: https://youtu.be/rs75jlRk7vs?si=73A-xai2L_tMx0rU
