Wolf Patrol's video: 5 000 Reward for Wisconsin s Poisoner of Wolves Wildlife Dogs

@$5,000 Reward for Wisconsin's Poisoner of Wolves, Wildlife & Dogs
Someone has been poisoning wolves in Wisconsin. And the poison they are tossing onto our public forest lands isn't only killing wolves, its killing other wildlife, pets and hunting dogs as well. Wolf Patrol suspects it's a disgruntled bear hunter(s) upset about the increase of wolf depredations on bear hounds in northern Wisconsin. In 2020, there have been over two dozen deadly clashes between bear hunting hounds and federally protected gray wolves in Wisconsin. Bear hunters say its recolonizing wolves returning to their historic range in the state that's the problem. We think its the unlimited and unregulated bear baits and hound training & hunting allowed in Wisconsin that's the real problem. Wisconsin is the only state in the nation that does not require a license of any kind to bait bears for hunting purposes. No license is required to also train hunting hounds to chase bears in the two-month long summer training season, when most depredations on hounds occurs. Over the last two years someone has been poisoning areas of the Chequamegon-Nicolet-Nicolet National Forest, leaving behind a trail of dead victims that include beloved pets, trusted hunting dogs and federally protected wolves. Whoever is responsible, needs to be brought to justice. That is why Wolf Patrol is offering a $5,000 reward in addition to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's $1,000 reward for information that leads to the conviction of those responsible for recent poisoning incidents. If you know something, say something. You can remain anonymous, just contact authorities immediately and if an arrest is made, Wolf Patrol will pay you $5,000. Wolf Patrol also offers $1,000 cash rewards for information on any Wisconsin bear hunting violation. If you see someone either in person or on social media committing a bear hunting related crime in Wisconsin, we will pay you to report it to Wisconsin's Department of Natural Resources Violation Hotline!
