Gentle relaxing evening massage. Sunset. Yoga festival. I attended the Avatar yoga festival. During my stay I took off many new massages. Some of the massages were filmed in my massage pavilion-tent, some on the seashore. Since at the festival itself there were a lot of very diverse sounds, music and sometimes from different sources at the same time, in some videos the sound is leveled. It is used to relieve fatigue, combat depression and stress, improve blood circulation in the body, improve sleep and provide rest for the whole body. Together with medical methods, relaxing massage is used for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, as well as for rehabilitation after such diseases.
