Over a 3-day period, three Tibetan Buddhist monks from Namdroling Monastery in South India - including the esteemed Buddhist professor Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche and sand mandala master Lopen Rabjee Wangchuk - created a circular sand mandala in the Dolphin Art Gallery. The sand mandala, a 2-D representation of a 3-D sacred space (in this case representing Manjushri, the manifestation of enlightened wisdom), will subsequently be dissolved.
