Let’s get into it! 2 Brian Awadis or better known as FaZe rug is a youtube sensation with over 4.9 Million subscribers! (As of this video) 3 Brian was born on November 19,1996 in San Diego, California. 4 He is currently 20 years old and continues to reside in San Diego, California! 5 He has an Older brother named Brandon and two loving parents who are commonly referred to as Mama Rug and Papa Rug. 6 His parents are from Iraq who had moved to the United States. 7 The sports he played growing up was Little league baseball for three years. 8 He got the name Rug after his old friend and him were coming up with usernames for his Xbox and his friend nicknamed him “Rugrat” and he decided to shorten it to “Rug”. 9 Before making money off of YouTube he would go on craigslist and apply to 5 jobs every day and never got called back for any. 10 He got addicted to video games as he could not become a member of the school basketball team which sometimes affected his other activities. 11 He opened his YouTube channel on July 11th, 2012 and began to upload call of duty content. 12 He would then grind on call of duty to get good footage of him playing video games so he could soon get invited to join the prestigious gaming team “FaZe Clan”. 13 Monday November 26th,2012 marks the day he joined FaZe. 14 He was a junior in high school and came home after a long day of school and after his nap he decided to play Xbox. 15 He was invited by popular FaZe member “Twist” to play call of duty when twist also invited one of the FaZe Clan leaders, FaZe C Bass. 16 Rug was startled because he had never played with the leaders before and he decided to check the leaders Emblem in the game and noticed something unusual. 17 C Bass had made an emblem with the FaZe logo and Rugs name on top of it. 18 Then C Bass proceeded to say “Lets get a full FaZe lobby, we already have three.” 19 It was only Rug, Twist, and Cbass in the lobby so CBass was inviting Rug to join Faze! 20 He would then upload call of duty montages every once in a while and continue to work hard to climb the youtube ladder. 21 He was in his freshman year of college when his youtube channel started to take off and he decided to drop out and peruse Youtube full time. 22 It was due to his pranks that his channel started to get recognition for. 23 But it was his consistency with uploading daily that kept his audience wanting more. 24 His favorite videos to make are videos that take time and effort to produce. 25 He also likes to post skits because he loves seeing the improvements within his acting and also his filming. 26 He mentions that if he was not a youtuber he would love to be in business and be an entrepreneur! 27 In a Q N A he states that he doesn’t have a girlfriend but he is talking to a girl and they both like each other but due to some conflicts they aren’t dating right now. 28 He has had two cars throughout his career, a Mercedes benz CLA250 and a Range Rover.
