Writer’s Relief handles our clients’ short story submissions. We begin by developing a short story submission strategy that will be efficient and effective. We help short story writers get published in literary magazines and journals, and we carefully research literary markets that are “just right” for our authors’ short stories. We also write cover and query letters, track editorial comments and submission responses, proofread and format to publishing industry standards, and advise on the many questions that come up when you need help publishing short stories. To secure Writer’s Relief’s help publishing short stories in literary magazines, potential clients my first submit a writing sample to our Review Board. An excerpt from chapter one of Mike’s 2017 Novel, Rivertown Heroes, will appear in The Evening Street Review. Mike’s book of short stories, The Three of Us, was released in 2018. But that’s just an abridged version of his author bio.
