It's a weird old time at the moment but with all of these lifestyle changes there also comes some huge positives that I'd love to share with you! Let me know your creative projects or activities you're doing/ hoping to do in the comments. ALSO just to flag - it's TOTALLY FINE TO FEEL OVERWHELMED, ANXIOUS, SCARED and WEIRD during this period. I didn't touch on this as much as I wanted to in the video, but if you don't feel up to doing much creativity, that's ok. Try again tomorrow and don't put too much pressure or stress on it. It's alright to play animal crossing for hours on end, or binge your favourite tv show. It's important to keep your mental wellbeing in check and you should do whatever feels comfortable and safe for you. Just try and give yourself some structure if you feel that you need it and be excited to make something first and foremost FOR YOU.
