Due to heavy tourist rush in manali hotel costs was much above our budget. Somehow we managed to get a descent hotel room at Himgiri road. The room rent was Rs 1500/- The very next day ie on 12th June we started our journey for Leh. Our plan was to halt at Jispa but jispa is very expensive so we managed to leave Jispa and try our luck at Darcha. After consulting with Local himachal police at Darcha checkpost we managed to get a beautiful newly constructed homestay at darcha.
