Xolette's video: My Outtakes for Community Knife Throwing Video for FastActionBlades

I counted myself in and thought, why not do some rolls while throwing? I did it in this video with throwing cards and senban shuriken: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=moHsCCnlK7A I thought knives wouldn't be that difficult...and it kind of was. :) I used 6 Flying Steel East Winds, but I found from 4 meters, I couldn't no-spin my East Wind from the ground. I had to do a rotational half spin-- and that's where I messed up. I ended up rolling around for 1.5 hours, trying to get all 6 sticks. I spent two days afterwards hobbling around because doing countinous rolls is like doing non-stop squats. AND I never got the perfect take! Fast-forward 3 weeks-- I've had a lot of practice with the Fedin technique and i thought, I can do better now. I found that I could easily no-spin my knives from the ground using the Fedin technique so I didn't have to worry about doing a half-spin throw. Anyway, I'm happier with the results and I can't wait to see everyone else's videos! If you'd like to participate, send your clip to Shane at bladesoffury440@gmail.com .
