We are proposing that (70) International Regions, (12) National regions, and (7) regions within the (12) National regions be established, each Kanessette depending on it's number of members would have (1, 2, or 3) Captains. But only having one vote per Kanessette. Our forefathers had what we called the "Judges System" and this system we humbly urge the newly forming Hebrew nation to mimic. Deut 16:18-20 reads "Judges and Officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which Yahweh Allah giveth thee, throughout thy tribes and they shall judge the people with just judgement. Thou shalt not wrest judgement; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which Yahweh Allah giveth thee "We are going to demonstrate a precedence from the Holy scriptures, which clearly and definitely suggest that the children of Yisrael setup this type of government. We have divide this into four categories 1. Judges System of Government 2. Judges with Knowledge of Statues, ordinances and judgements 3. From who and where the judges were chosen 4. Judges strategically place in various regions (ONE) Judges System of Government Our forefathers had what we called the Judges System. In conclusion, we believe that what we do here today in proposing to set up officers as judges in our gates that Yahweh Allah would bless us and deliver us (Deut Ch. 7:12-15, Ch. 30:1-10). So, in addition to our 1996 proposal we would like to add part two, to reintroduce helpers (princes) into our community. A nation needs the weathy ones among us, as a financial support to the community, In other words, the wallstreet part of the nation, to help spark the health, eduction, and welfare among our people. So we propose not just to call for Captains (Exodus Ch. 18) and 70 Elders (Exodus Ch. 24:1; Numbers Ch. 11:6) to act as judges, but also 12 helpers (princes) (Numbers Ch. 7:11; 1 Kings Ch. 14:7) that will be called to donate a million dollars each to start the daily sacrifice, preformed by the sons of Aaron among in the tabernacle of David on Mount Zion.
