Mutton keema Ingredients: Mutton Kheema preparations: 200g minced mutton 5 tbsp Oil 1 Cinnamon Stick 3 cloves black pepper 7-8 2-3 slit Green Chillies 1 large chopped Onions 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 1 large chopped Tomato 1 tsp Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder Fresh Mint Leaves,1 cup finely chopped 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves Salt to taste For rice Rice - 200g 1 Cinnamon stick 1 cloves 1 Green cardamoms water as required salt to taste Method of preparation; Heat oil in a vessel, add Cinnamon stick,cloves,black pepper and green chillies -After add onion and saute till turns light pink in colour -After add Ginger garlic paste and saute them. - now Add chopped tomatoes and saute till tomato turns soft. -then add redchilly powder , turmeric powder and salt to taste.saute for a minute Now add minced mutton, mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes till kheema turns tender. -Cool completely cooked kheema. -now give a charcoal smoke. After Add chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, mix well and keep aside.
