I manage their marketing and for the month of July, I proposed that we do a YouTube video with Saket Gokhale. Saket is an extremely talented and knowledgeable fitness YouTuber from Pune, Maharashtra. The one mistake we made in our marketing plan was: we chose the product that already had a huge demand i.e., Adjustable Dumbbell 30kg set. After Saket’s video, we got an overwhelming response. Unpredictably, our shipment that was due for 20th July, went on hold. And that is what business is. Business is War! unpredictable and unwanted challenges will always keep arising.
