Yema Mamas's video: What Music to use for Labor Birth - Stories Playlists

In this video, Jana and Katy are sharing about what you need to know when thinking about what music you want to play during labor and birth! We tell stories about what our client mamas have played at their births and found helpful, relaxing, and energizing. We did our best to give links below to the various music ideas we mentioned in our video! We also talked about all the different mediums of music playlists that people choose to use including CDs, Spotify, Pandora, Youtube. Most people now days bring a little bluetooth speaker along to their birth location to connect with their music through their phone (some hospitals & birth centers now have bluetooth speakers, but better to bring your own just in case!). Also a lot of our clients just use their phones to play the music and don't worry about the sound quality.
