Yer Vue's video: Best Korean drama of 2016 - Descendants of the Sun Tribute FMV

In my opinion, this is the best k-drama of 2016. Lets just say it is an epic kick-ass story with talented actors and actresses. As someone who hasn't really been a big fan of Kim Eun Sook, this one really took me by surprise. I fell in love with all the characters especially Captain Yoo Si Jin. He is INCREDIBLE!!! I have NEVER seen a man love the way he does. It pains me to see him hold back his feelings for Kang Mo Yeon. He is just a wonderful being. I seriously can go on and on about Yoo Si Jin, but I'll stop for now. As for Kang Mo Yeon, I haven't seen a powerful and brave female character such as herself in k-drama land for awhile. She is truly bold for deciding to be with a man like Yoo Si Jin and overcoming all those obstacles with him. Seo Dae Young is also a very admirable charcter. I love that he has a past and he carries all these scars with him which makes him the perfect second lead. He really matches with Yoon Myung Joo. She is another strong female character that I admire. Another fighter is Fatima, I wish they could have gone more into her story and her world. I love how every character is challenged in this drama and it really moved me in a way that hasn't in a long time. This will remain as one of my favorites.
