Relaxation yoga workout is excellent for both your physical as well as mental health. Practice this yoga for relaxation pose for relief from stress after a day long of pressure and work. It helps your relax, reduces stress in the body and takes your towards a calmer state of mind. If you are suffering from chronic stress or an injury or a disease or trying to recover from stress, it is difficult for your body to respond to rigorous exercises or yoga. However, this yoga pose helps you relax and recover the tense muscles, loosens your body and clears your mind. If you are looking for active benefits of the relaxation yoga pose not just eases tension but relaxation or gentle yoga, jump in and start working out! It helps you relax the body and at the same time strengthens your back. Practice this relaxation stretches for relief from anxiety and panic attack. STEPS TO RELAXATION YOGA Place a bolster behind your back. Take the belt, one side with two loops and strap through the two loops and then back again just through one loop. The more you pull the tighter it gets and then you can loosen by pulling onto the other side. Take the strap around and onto the lower part of your back. So right at the tip of the tail of the spine. Bring the soles of the feet together and then loop the belt around the soles. So you are connecting from the hip to the feet and then tighten. Bolster right at the back, open up the knees and then slowly relax. Allow the spine to be completely onto the bolster, following the natural lenght of the spine, you can inhale, reach the arms up and then exhale, relax the palms. Do not force or pull the palm, just let them sink towards the ground to open up the shoulders. Feel the knees gently resting on the ground. If your knees are slightly up, its absolutely fine. Let them relax. Stay in this position for as long as you like and while coming out of the posture, lift up, off the mat and undo the belt. Relax. New video every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
