@Upper Body Workout and Stretching Exercises - Part 2
If you think you lack upper body strength and have trouble doing upper body work out, you've come to the right place! This video on upper body workout and stretching exercises will not just make you flexible, but also tones your muscles, reduces upper body fat and rejuvenates your body! Following this stretching exercise routine will also help you relieve back pain, helps reduce weight, improve digestion as well as appetite. The upper body exercises can be done at home and practicing these yoga poses regularly will strengthen your chest, back muscles and abdominal organs. Upper body workouts are beneficial and help you burn calories faster as it strengthens your abs and core muscles. Though you give your lower body sufficient exercise by walking and move around even at work, your upper body hardly gets any attention. Therefore it is important to follow a upper body workout routine or schedule. So even if you want to use the treadmill or a stationary cycle in the gym you'll need strong shoulders and this is where the upper body workout comes in. Upper body exercises also help in maintaining the right posture without which you may suffer from back pain. And if you are runner, a droopy posture will slow you down and lead to injuries later in life. Again dedicating a few minutes and doing a few upper body stretches is all it takes to get rid of this problem. Here's how you do this yoga workout: Begin by taking the palms back and drop the elbows on the mat. Stretch the legs out and lift the chest, lifting up to the sky and then start to drop the top of the head on the ground. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and freely. If this feels really good, bring the feet together, lift the legs up. Slowly release. And then you can bend at the knees and come to a cross legged posture. To release, straighten the legs out, slowly come up. New video every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
