This is a 30 minute full body flow that will have a lot of verbal cues to tap into the analytical side of the mutable earth sign of Virgo. Virgos are great at analyzing, learning and creating order out of chaos. They represent the archetype of the Healer and are at their best when they are serving others. They are deeply connected with the physical body and can be seen as independent, grounded, reliable and smart. The shadow side of Virgo is criticism, perfectionism and judgment. This yoga class will go in-depth with verbal cues to focus on meticulous alignment. I'll be talking a lot in this class to give you lots of information on how to stay safe in each pose and get the most out of them. The idea is to care for our bodies and find order and cohesion through our movements. This is an all levels yoga class with no props required.
