I recently finished playing Shenmue I and II and wanted to sing this as a tribute to my experience with these games. I am yet to play the third, but I am excited to see how the story continues. To anyone who hasn't played this game, please give it a try! They really are a piece of gaming history and the real first taste of an immersive gaming experience I can think of. They're a unique experience and I really hope that one day, a fourth game will come to light, brought about by new fans who appreciate this style of game and are intrigued by the story, and of course the dedicated old fans from twenty or so years ago. You can purchase the Shenmue I and II box set on consoles and on Steam! If you buy things on Steam, they often have the game on sale (LIKE RIGHT NOW!!!) and at a great price!
