Have you ever thought back to when this all started? Some people can trace back the beginning of their health issues to a virus or infection. In my case I'm not sure. I had a think back to when I was younger and there were a few moments that may have been a sign of what was to come. It's hard to actually say when I got ill. What I can say is that I am way more in tune with my body after getting diagnosed with Lupus. When I was younger I would dismiss any health concerns. I was a healthjy young woman, so anything I experiences couldn't have been that deep. Now, I'm more on top of things. I wish I were back then, but I can't beat myself up for that.
