Early in 1972 Elvis Presley gave one of his greatest concert tours, visiting 12 states, 15 cities, performing 19 concerts. A film crew from Metro-Goldwyn-Meyer was present to shoot the documentary Elvis On Tour. In this episode of Your Elvis Guide we are revisiting this great tour, following Elvis city by city, performance after performance. From the raw and wild concert opening in Buffalo,NY to the emotional encounter with Denise Sanchez, an 8-year-old girl diagnosed with cancer who desperately wanted to meet Elvis Presley. The superstar agreed and took the time for this little girl who would die only weeks after the encounter.
