哈囉大家好!我是郁律^^ 我喜歡皮薄，紅豆餡多，草莓大顆，看到就令人食指大動😋 自己做的紅豆餡不像市售的甜膩，而且不含油也比較健康無負擔，吃起來更加清爽，配上酸酸的草莓，酸甜的滋味一口接一口真的停不下來啊💕 因為是🍓季節限定，每次在市場看到草莓就忍不住買一盒，那當然也要拿來應用在點心上囉~ 🍓這個配方大約可以做5個草莓大福唷！ 🍓加了水麥芽可以讓大福放在冰箱3-4天都不變硬😉不加的話，就適合當天做完當天吃口感最棒👍 🍓如果不想加水麥芽，增加糖量也可以讓皮保持久一點不變硬唷！ 🍓紅豆餡也可以用鮮奶油+蛋糕來替代，就是雪媚娘囉！ 🍓直接全部都包自製紅豆餡也是個好選擇，可以放比較久，重點是也超好吃的！！！我不是專業人士唷,只是單純分享自己的做法而已,另外因為我是用手機拍的,所以畫質可能不是那麼清晰,希望大家能體諒😔 有任何問題都可以在影片下方留言告訴我,也歡迎分享自己的作法最後,希望大家喜歡我的影片🤗
