Hi~大家好!我是郁律😊 戚風蛋糕是蛋糕中的基礎,又好吃又簡單,是我老媽的最愛!相信這款簡單的蛋糕還是很多初學者的苦手😫 明明就照著食譜做啊!怎麼還是失敗?🤔 蛋白霜算是戚風裡最重要的部份啦~但是很多人都還不會分辨蛋白霜的打發程度,只要注意做到每個小細節,其實戚風很不容易失敗的! ✨之後還會再分享一部「蛋白霜」更詳細的分享✨ 有些人追求表面不裂的戚風,但是很遺憾滴,烤戚風是很難不裂的,應該說,裂了正是它的標誌!想要不裂可能就必須調整烤的方式,例如說使用"水浴法(之後還會詳細分享)",還有"蛋白霜(之後也會詳細分享)"的狀態啦! 🔹這個配方是6吋唷! 🔹蛋糕保存期限:室溫2~3天/冷藏1週/冷凍1個月😉 🔹牛奶也可以換成其他液體,改變口味~ 例如:果汁、豆漿......等 (我不是專業人士唷,只是單純分享自己的做法而已,另外因為我是用手機拍的,所以畫質可能不是那麼清晰,希望大家能體諒😔) 有任何問題都可以在影片下方留言告訴我,也歡迎分享自己的作法 最後,希望大家喜歡我的影片^^
