Yum Secret's video: Easy Blueberry Muffins Recipe How to Make Muffins At Home

This Blueberry Muffins Recipe is my favorite! It always turns out. Kids love these moist, fluffy and incredibly fragrant blueberry muffins! Makes 12 standard muffins INGREDIENTS 1 stick or ½ cup (100g) softened unsalted butter 2 large eggs ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour ½ cup (120ml) whole milk 2¼ cups (180g) fresh blueberries PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners; set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. 3. In the mixing bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar for about 2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Beat in the vanilla extract. 4. Gradually add the flour mixture, then the milk, beating on low speed to combine. The batter will be very thick. Add the blueberries to the batter and fold gently with a spatula until evenly distributed. Do not overmix. 5. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin (I used an ice-cream scoop). 6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until lightly golden.
