Yum Secret's video: Eggless Jelly Berry Cake No Bake Easy Dessert

If you want to treat your close people with something special, you may cook tender eggless dessert made of jelly, sour cream and fresh berries! Eggless Jelly Berry Cake is the best summer dessert! INGREDIENTS 7 oz (200g) fresh raspberries 7 oz (200g) fresh blueberries 3.5 oz (100g) fresh blackberries 3.5 oz (100g) salt crackers 1 cup granulated sugar 28 oz (800g) sour cream 8 tablespoons (100g) water 3 tablespoons (30g) gelatin 1 teaspoon vanilla extract PREPARATION 1. Pour the gelatin with warm boiled water and leave to swell for about 10-15 minutes. 2. Whip sour cream with sugar and vanilla extract until sugar is dissolved. 3. Stand the bowl in a heatproof bowl of hot water and stir until the gelatine dissolves. Never boil gelatine, as it can become stringy. Then pour a thin stream into the cream and mix. 4. Add ¾ part of berries, crushed crackers and gently mix the movement from the bottom up. You do not need much to shake the mixture, otherwise the fruit will lose their shape. 5. Wrap the bottom of the 8-inch (20cm) spring form with plastic wrap to avoid leaks. 6. Pour the sour cream mixture into the spring form, decorate with remaining berries on the top. 7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
