Hey guys! So all over Youtube there are videos of how to make Mac lipsticks from crayons. Those are all pretty glossy so today I'm going to show you how to make matte lipsticks and lip liners from colored pencils. This DIY is so simple it literally takes like 5 minutes. Just plop some colored pencils into a glass of warm water, wait, and then apply on your lips like you would a normal lip liner. This is safe as long as you use NONTOXIC pencils.
