In today's video I cover some of the benifits of explosive training. As Calisthenic athletes, explosive training is a great tool to increase the difficulty of exercise, which is essential to overcoming adaptation. By using explosive training you do not have to use any extra equipment, while building muscle, power, and strength! This is due to making your muscles contract very fast, stimulating the muscles deeper and tapping into those fast twitch muscle fibers. I also show you guys one of my favorite explosive workout for UPPER BODY!! In this workout I utilize explosive training, as well as super sets to really push myself to the limit!! 💪🏻Full Workout 💪🏻 ~Perfrom Each Super set a total of 3 rounds for 8-12 reps~ 🔹️Super set 1- Archer Pullups X Dips 🔹️Super Set 2 - Australian rows X Pushups in 🔹️Super set 3 - Pike Press X Chinups 🔹️Super set 4 Skull crushers X Facepulls
