In today's video I'll be showing you how to achieve the one arm pushup! As Calisthenic athletes we know once an exercise becomes to easy, we must increase the difficulty by adding resistance. You can increase the difficulty by adding resistance using a few different ways. you can use a resistance band, add weight to the movement or by taking away assistance from one limb(arm or leg).
