How to: Deload In todays vlog I'm going to be covering 3 ways to do a deload week. A deload week is essentialy a week where you reduce training volume and intensity. This will allow you to fully recover and come back stronger the next week. I find it more beneficial to deload, rather than taking an entire week off from the gym. you'll be able to still stimulate your muscles and work on form and technique. As always, I will be showing my workout from todays vlog! Today we have a deload leg workout, so you'll be able to see how I train on easier deload weeks👍🏻
