Naughty nightwear is a set of leopard skin pajamas found during the unmarked quest Grady's Package in Fallout 3. A humorous side quest (actually a sub-plot to the Nuka-Cola Challenge) involving the naughty nightwear can be found in Marigold Metro Station, which is near Grayditch. Two can be obtained by getting the first one out of the safe and dropping the item and talking to Lug-Nut who comes to you and then giving it to him even though you do not have the item in your inventory you can still give it to him after that simply kill him and loot the item.
