Step 1: take a binding shoes' screw Step 2 : Screw it a little and then punch it a few times to eject the inserted nut. Take off the rusty nut Step 3 : Take the new nut, place it where the rusted one, hold it with your finger. Use again the binding shoes' screw to insert the nut down the board
