Veterans of the Battle of Musa Dagh (Musa Ler in Armenian), when 250 Armenians during the Armenian Genocide in 1915, held off 20,000 Ottoman Turks for 40 days, and decisively defeated them during the Armenian Genocide. French ships later came to evacuate the Armenian population of the region. Wherever the Armenians had guns, they defeated the Turks almost always despite being heavily outnumbered. The Ottoman government maliciously confiscated all guns owned by Armenians several months prior to the Armenian Genocide. The Armenians were virtually defenseless at many occasions. But wherever Armenians had guns, like the Sasun, Van, Zeytun, and Musaler resistance, they always scored decisive victories against the genocidal turks. GOD BLESS THE FIERCE DEFENDERS OF MUSALER.
