The property market in the UK is on fire 🔥 right now it’s booming💥 There’s a number of factors coming into play, pent up demand whilst people were in lockdown and the desire to not take life for granted in addition to great measures taken by the government to boost demand I picked up some deals right at the beginning of Covid when most people were uncertain and fearful (always the best time to buy) with many experts advising to wait and see with speculation rife of an impending crash in the property market The crash never happened, the doom sayers are still waiting and the winners are those that took advantage and bought at crash prices during the peak of uncertainty The moral of the story is the greatest deals typically come when uncertainty is rife, as at that point buyers and sellers are fearful and if you play your cards right you can pick up deals that represent the worst case scenario whether it actually comes or not :)
