What do you think the first thing I do is when starting a new business? The financial feasibility is secondary to me, my first and primary focus is always my client How can I create a product or service that will make peoples lives better And if I can then I see if there is a price point achievable where I can deliver that proposition and make a reasonable profit But always first and foremost comes the proposition, how can I create something that will add value to my clients life and I have found more often than not when you can develop a proposition that improves people’s lives it will also be financially viable Key lesson: Lead with value at the front of the process not money. Money follows value.
