While we wait out the remaining 6 days, enjoy the final single from this album, all 5 of Void Termina's boss themes from Star Allies! While most of the individual movements are relatively short, the addition of Movement 5: Sparkling Star with the game's updates propelled this to the longest song in the series! While it's a bit more formulaic than other final battle themes, really just safely sticking to the core Jamba theme established throughout the game, the sheer number of unique variations on the theme to form a full suite for the lengthy battle is quite interesting! I also personally enjoy the heavy focus on a minor key Green Greens, and for followers of the series' lore that has some very important implications. To highlight the Green Greens I also cheated slightly on this being a full piano album, as I adore the use of chiptune in the original song and briefly incorporated that here. It'll definitely be a while before I attempt a song this lengthy again, especially in a larger album, as recording alone took days after all the practice and before all the editing.
