Zero Mella's video: Zero Mella MD: From Blogging to Gaming and Finance vLOG 25

Hello, this is Zero MD, and welcome to my v-log number 25. In my previous vlog, I called for support for the vaccination of my country against COVID. It's February 1, and we still don't have a date, and anxiety is growing every day. There is talk of a February 20 delivery date, but are we sure about that? What vaccine? How many vaccines will be delivered? Those are still left unanswered since I brought them up three weeks ago here on YouTube. This uncertainty has given rise to FOMO, and there are talks about the profiling that we are doing. We seem to be leaving key populations out; frontliners and department heads are protesting, and I'm right in the middle of it. Tensions are rising, and voices are getting louder and louder. The discipline of the Filipino people will be tested in the days to come. Everybody will be vaccinated; we just need to be patient and calm. Anyway, it's been a year since I lost my monetization here on YouTube. I promised to remove old videos and remake them, and I promised to give something new each week. I made a lot of promises last year that I wasn't able to meet, but come the new year 2021, I was sort of revitalized. Subs were also following me on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. For the whole of January, I found out that I'm back on social media. zeromella.blogspot.com is finally back. The blog has been my repository of new ideas for the past 10 years. I started to dish out some motivational posts just to get myself writing again, so I can get that momentum back. Also, I wanted to insert some deep secret experiences in texts about the COVID operations last year. It has been a sad journey for me in 2020. Being the CESU, I was able to make some difficult choices and bore the frustrations and despair that go with it. Having gone through a difficult time as part of a team here in Olongapo made me realize that no man is an island, especially when all your backs are against the wall fighting a common enemy. And I started to play chess again. I had an old chess master CD that I kept in an ISO file hidden in the net. I downloaded it and used the same license key just to install it. Oddly enough, it prompted me to install the Rec X9, or it won't run. Ironically, my PC's current version is DirectX 16, and the installer won't even recognize it. I thought I was going to play at the same level I had played before, but no, I was back to the amateur level, and I'm documenting my wins against AI players of a bygone era, and it's all up there in the blog. So I'll try to record my play sometime in the future when I'm a bit better. Otherwise, it'll be an instruction on how not to play chess. Also, I started writing about financing. I lost a total of 100,000 pesos worth of investments last year, and I lost an additional 10,000 pesos more as I gambled the last of my money just to get it back. Now, I'm finding myself in a financial standing in almost the same level as I was during the 2008 crash. The year after that, I made a lot of money, which made me buy my first SUV. I had very little knowledge then, and very little income, but I kept my transactions and journal in diaries that I never shared with anyone. Now that I have that chance again, I can show the step-by-step firsthand to anyone who wants to know about finance, particularly about investing in the stock market. I want to share my experiences and lessons learned, including the mistakes I made so that others can avoid them and be more successful. Overall, I'm excited to be back blogging and sharing my experiences with my followers. From COVID operations to chess and finance, there's always something new to learn and explore. I hope to continue creating valuable content for my audience and inspire others to share their own stories as well. Thank you for tuning in, and I'll see you in my next vlog.
