Alan Mathison Turing OBE FRS was an English mathematician, computer scientist, logician, cryptanalyst, philosopher, and theoretical biologist. This song is dedicated to his groundbreaking work in the field of mathematics and computer science. Other than a few simple logic rules and basic synthesised sounds. Everything in this song is generated by analog style clocks and randomisers based on Alan Turing's original code breaking computer known as the Bombe developed in the 1940's. I have used the Alexander Kachkaev's galaxy chord algorithm to harmonically quantize the randomisations and this was implemented for VCV by John Moar as part of the Amalgamated Harmonics Plugin suite.
