I attended my first climate strike and documented the experience. It was refreshing to see people care about things that matter. The situation of Bihar hasn't significantly normalized. There has been an increase in death, disease, a dearth of food and water. We Biharis are trying our best to contribute and you can too from your homes by contributing online. It was to oppose government inaction against climate change. To tell the world leaders that they need to spend money in research and development for more sustainable ways. To tell them that the climate crisis is not a joke and our current ways are not sustainable. We should contribute, however, in more obvious ways. For example- stop using/buying single use plastic and try to plant trees but we can only bring this changes in ourselves to a certain extent. To make big changes, we need the multinational organisations and the government to act on it.
