Giant 30 minutes glutes at home. We are going to focus on growing Just The Glutes in today's workout. Although it's glutes workout, your thighs, hamstrings are gonna be involved as well. This is supersets training, we have 2 exercises performed consecutively with little to no rest. Perform each movement with control and focus on having your mind inside your muscles. All you need for this workout is glute band and one heavy kettlebell or dumbbell Have fun, enjoy the workout and get strong in the process. I'm using Glute band "Heavy" Resistance & Kettlebell 50lbs. You can perform hip thrusts on the chair or on the floor. It's totally optional to use a chair.
