30 min giant upper body workout with dumbbells. It's chest and triceps day. Your core will be involved in all exercises as well. This is one of the most intense chest and triceps workout. Get ready your triceps to be sore tomorrow lol. My arms were completely exhausted by the end of workout but I loved every second of it and I hope you do too. You'll need dumbbells for this workout and a dip bar or a chair to perform dips. Dip bar is completely optional, performing dips on the chair will have the same effect on your triceps. Perform each movement with control and focus on having your mind inside your muscles. Also pause when you need to. Make this workout your own workout.
